Album Bio Written: 17th March 2023 by J4CKG: "Lost" is the fifth track from my second album Monochrome which due later this year! Before I wrote the song, I was really burnt out. I couldn't even touch my notes app and write lyrics because I found it so difficult. Writing this song really brought me out of that mindset of thinking I couldn't do it. It really brought back my creativity too. The song's about someone that liked me at the time giving me mixed signals in terms of wanting a relationship with me.
